Greenlake Guide

Centered around the beautiful Greenlake park and trail loop, the Greenlake neighborhood is in a great position to access most of Seattle (see below, right).

Neighborhood ETA
Fremont 7 min
Wallingford 6 min
Ballard 12 min
University of Washington 12 min

Not only does Greenlake have access to the best of North Seattle's neighborhoods, but it has its own flavor and activities. With lake activities like paddleboarding, and kayaking, and a 2.8 mi paved trail for longboard, biking and jogging, Greenlake has all the outdoor amenities you could want.

If you're not looking to get sweaty, then grab a hot chocolate from Chocolati and do some people watching. You can catch quirky dog groups like Corgi's R-Us on their weekly meetup or some of the friendly staple personas like Spanish Lessons Guy, Leonardo.

Greenlake is also surrounded by fun restaurants, bars  and other activities for families and singles. Often overlooked is the small area called Tangle Town. With donuts, a brewery and a hot dog restaurant all on the same block, it's worth a visit. Take a look at some of the places we recommend below.
