Shopping in Seattle

Whether you’re a boutique lover or a department store dweller, seeking art or antiques or a brand new outfit, you can find exactly what you are looking for with the endless variety of shops in Seattle, both downtown and in our vibrant urban neighborhoods!

Our favorites:

The Flagship Nordstrom in downtown Seattle. With a recent remodel, a wide variety of merchandise, the delicious Nordstrom cafe, and even a piano player on one level, this is a can’t-miss for your downtown shopping adventure!

The Fremont Vintage Mall is packed with treasures and curiosities, tucked underground in the heart of wonderful Fremont, otherwise known by locals as “The Center of the Universe”! Grab lunch at tasty Revel when you’re done.

Ballard Avenue (“Ave” if you’re a local) is a winding street in the Ballard neighborhood that is packed with shops (as well as great cafes and restaurants!) that will fulfill all your shopping desires. Then see if you can sneak a table at La Carta De Oaxaca before the rush. You will also find a fabulous Farmers Market here on Sundays!

Broadway, a main thoroughfare on Capitol Hill, is a lively shopping destination, particularly between E Olive and E Republican. Grab a steaming cup of the city’s best coffee at Vivace before you get started, and an unforgettable dinner at Poppy once you’re done!
